About The Position

Domino’s Crew Members help make, bake, and serve pizzas during busy periods and provide customer service as the first point of contact for many customers. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers schedules intended to accommodate employees’ other commitments. Team members may have opportunities to develop skills and pursue growth within the company.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Ability to perform the physical activities described for the role, including standing for most of a shift and lifting or stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers enthusiastically, communicate positively, and take orders.
Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and coolers; complete associated paperwork.
Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Coordinate activities with coworkers and customers, work independently or with others, and meet quality-control standards.
Perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, analyze and compile data, and make timely ethical judgments.
Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
