About The Position

Boarding Bungalow Dallas is rebuilding with a focus on professional standards, consistency, and quality care. This is a responsibility-driven role for someone who understands animal behavior, can manage multiple dogs safely, and shows up consistently. As a Professional Dog Kennel Attendant, you are responsible for the health, safety, and behavior management of all dogs in our care. You will be expected to work independently, follow protocols precisely, and maintain a calm, controlled environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays calm under pressure, understands dog behavior and safety, and wants to grow with a structured, improving business.

Requirements

2+ years professional experience required (kennel, vet clinic, boarding, grooming, or training facility — personal pet ownership does not qualify)
Reliability is non-negotiable (consistent attendance history and strong work ethic)
Ability to work independently (comfortable handling responsibilities without constant supervision)
Able to stand, move, and handle dogs of all sizes throughout the shift
Must live within 45 minutes of Dallas, TX 75287
Basic tech skills (comfortable using digital systems for notes and record-keeping)

Responsibilities

Execute feeding, medication, and care routines with accuracy and consistency
Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including managing group play and preventing incidents
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment at all times
Follow structured procedures and complete daily task checklists without supervision
Ensure every dog receives attentive, low-stress care that reflects our commitment to quality
