About The Position

Dogtopia, a leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is seeking an energetic, organized, and business-minded individual to serve as the Front Desk Coordinator. This role is the primary point of contact for clients and requires a genuine love for dogs. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to bring their own dogs to work after completing training. The position involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, providing excellent customer service, and embodying the company's core values.

Requirements

Must love dogs
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
Energetic, organized, and business-minded individual
Ability to work with all customers and team members to ensure high customer experience and satisfaction

Responsibilities

Data Entry
Building lasting relationships with Pet Parents
Tracking relationship and communication with Pet Parents
Greeting EVERYONE that walks in or out of Dogtopia!
Understanding and living by the Dogtopia-isms (company values)
Maintaining and updating the cleaning schedule and holding the team accountable to safety and cleaning standards
Dismissing dogs proactively with ongoing behavior issues and monitoring action plans for minor issues
Maintaining a neat and organized Front Desk team area
Setting the example for the 3 S's (Smile, Story, Satisfaction) and holding the team accountable to customer service standards
Answering phones, emails, and questions from pet parents
Striving for high customer review ratings
Enjoying and growing the team, and playing to their fullest potential
