About The Position

Dioji K-9 Resort & Athletic Club provides dog daycare, cage-free boarding, bathing, grooming services, and retail. As a Level 1 Associate, you will take part in all aspects of the business from your first day, providing attentive care to canine guests, excellent customer service, and helping maintain the facility’s standards of cleanliness and safety. The role is fast-paced, hands-on, and physically active, and involves working as part of a team.

Requirements

• Love dogs and be comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes.
• Enjoy physical activity and be able to stay on your feet for 4–8 hours.
• Be physically able to frequently bend and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and learning new skills.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise and manage dogs in play yards.
• Handle dogs and move safely throughout the facility.
• Greet clients and assist with check-in and check-out, photos, emails, phone calls, and other customer needs.
• Provide canine care, including feeding, bathing, and other grooming services.
• Clean and perform janitorial duties to maintain a sanitary facility.
• Stock retail inventory, learn product information, and make sales.
