Dog Caregiver – Walking & Daycare

Four-Legged Fun ZoneEverett, WA

About The Position

Let’s talk about cake for a moment. Working with animals is the frosting, not the cake. The cake is the foundation that makes this job work. The cake looks like this: Starting your route on time every day — dogs can’t reschedule their walks Driving between client homes throughout the da y — your car is your office Walking 10–15 miles a day — dogs need exercise and can’t pick up their own poop Showing up rain or shine — dogs still need to go out when the weather is miserable Being accountable to human clients first — their homes, schedules, and expectations are the priority Those things are the cake — about 95% of the job. The 5% is the frosting: the dogs who make the work more enjoyable. What the day looks like 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Dog walking route visiting client homes. 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Dog playgroups and facility support at our daycare.
