Requirements

Must possess complete knowledge of general computer and telephone
Must have a full understanding of HIPPA regulations and compliance
Knowledgeable of Outlook, Excel, Internet and Microsoft Word
Excellent communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work well under pressure and stressful conditions.
Be able to stay focused and concentrate under normal or heady distractions
Must maintain professional and clean appearance at all times consistent with company standards

Responsibilities

Prepare and ship records to physicians utilizing Fed Ex within required timeframes
Prepare and send paperwork to doctor sessions for upcoming appointments within required timeframes
Engaging with clients for outstanding records
Handle incoming calls from doctors requesting medical records and contacting doctors when sending additional records
Process incoming medical records from clients
Distribute medical records be sorted for upcoming appointment
