About The Position

The Supervisor, Doc Management Intake responsibility is an overseer whose main responsibility is to ensure that the Doc Management team completes the assigned production, within SLA’s, and within acceptable levels of quality, costs, and efficiency. The Doc Management Supervisor Intake will develop group cohesiveness, lead and solve routine daily problems. Essential Job Functions: Must be flexible regarding work hours and schedules, including late evenings and weekends. Assign production to the team, train and motivate team members. Evaluate production needs daily to ensure efficient in handling of volume changes, suggest and/or initiate improvements in quality. Responsible for direct hiring, training, coaching, and deliver appropriate disciplinary actions Investigates and responds to inquiries, effectively managing, and prioritizing workload to meet critical deadlines. where applicable. Conducting department meetings and communicating effectively with your team and upper management. Maintains professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain department policies and procedures. Initiate, perform, and/or oversee regular maintenance to department scanning equipment. Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to implement solutions to keep the department in compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Other Related Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years minimum prior relevant experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the mortgage industry
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graph.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
