Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, at a mid- level or above.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Data Entry Skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Demonstrate ability to do multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and successfully fulfill work assignments.
  • Proficient computer skills. (create folders, open attachments, drag/drop PDF’ s, open/download information from CD’s & flash drives)
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous experience with Document Handling.
  • Prior experience in performing office-related tasks such as faxing, emailing, and scanning documents.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log and process incoming certified mail.
  • Process outgoing IME Certified letter.
  • Create packets for mailing.
  • Receives, identifies, and delivers incoming packages internally.
  • Send UPS packages as instructed.
  • Send outgoing mail from Document Mgmt. email.
  • Fold letters and stuff envelopes.
  • Faxing, emailing, or scanning documentation as instructed.
  • Opens incoming mail and process it accordingly.
  • Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents.
  • Cover Reception desk as needed.
  • Process Manual EOBs as needed.
  • Meter mail and maintain meter machine reports as needed.
  • Print outgoing letters using Automate program reports as needed.
  • Run and maintain the folder inserter machine as needed.
  • Monitor and process “Return to Sender” workflow reports as needed.
  • Process “Returned Mail” as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as directed by Document Management Lead or Manager.
