About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Document Controller with over 7 years of post-graduate experience to join their team. The role involves ensuring document management aligns with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations. The Document Controller will maintain accurate records, ensure consistent application of document control processes, and manage effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders. This position also supports the submittals process and other relevant contract processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with document management and control.
  • Exposure to document management workflows and systems (preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders
  • Ability to function in a high demand environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Available to work 5 days in office at client site

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations.
  • Maintains accurate records and ensures the consistent application of document control processes across the program.
  • Manages effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders.
  • Supports the submittums process and other relevant contract processes.
