About The Position

The Document Controller is responsible for the day to day outputs of the section meeting the deliverables for the Document Control Team. About you You manage the full lifecycle of documentation, including the receipt, scanning, filing, distribution, revision control, and secure dispatch of both electronic and hardcopy records. You maintain and improve document management systems, provide user support and training, and ensure compliance with defence security and export control requirements such as ITAR, DLMs, and Commercial‑in‑Confidence protocols. You coordinate External Maintenance Period (EMP) work instructions, support Objective system administration, assist with regulatory documentation, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. You also contribute to process improvement, uphold document control policies, and comply with all relevant HSE procedures. Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular reference to Word and Excel.
  • Significant experience in electronic and manual Document Management.
  • Significant experience in a direct Customer / Supplier relationship environment.
  • Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
