Luster is building a talent pool for future Document Control Manager roles supporting large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects using traditional and alternative delivery methods. These are future roles rather than a specific currently available opportunity. Selected candidates may be activated in the talent pool and notified first when a project need arises. Document Control Managers own the program record and the systems, procedures, and controls that keep drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence current, traceable, and defensible. Depending on experience, the role may lead the program-wide document control function and assigned staff, establish and maintain procedures, administer the document management system, oversee records and workflows, monitor performance, support audits, train personnel, coordinate with program teams, and manage turnover and closeout records. The scope and complexity of responsibilities increase with experience level. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least 10 years of document control experience on large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects valued above $500 million. The expected salary range is $110,000–$175,000 per year ($53–$84 per hour), with the actual offer dependent on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
