Document Control Manager

Luster National•New York, NY
•$110,000 - $175,000

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool for future Document Control Manager roles supporting large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects delivered through traditional and alternative methods. These positions own the program record and the systems, procedures, and controls that keep drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence current, traceable, and defensible. The posting is for future roles rather than a currently available specific opportunity. Candidates selected for the talent pool will be notified first when a project need arises. The role may lead program document control, establish and maintain procedures, administer document-management systems, oversee document intake and distribution, and keep approved records current across program teams and field offices. It also monitors and reports document-control metrics, supports audits and corrective actions, trains program personnel and incoming contractor and consultant staff, coordinates with project stakeholders, and oversees turnover and closeout records. Scope and complexity vary with experience level. Compensation is expected to be $110,000–$175,000 per year ($53–$84 per hour). The offered amount may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, education, certifications, licenses, location, and other circumstances. Luster describes an inclusive work environment and states that qualified applicants receive consideration without regard to protected characteristics. Positions may be subject to a background check and drug test after a conditional offer.
