Hours will be 6:00 pm to 3:00 am As a Dock Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations by efficiently loading, unloading and organizing freight. At RXO, we’re looking for reliable, hardworking Dock Workers who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong eye for detail. Requirements

• The ability to maintain a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Good communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• 1-2 years of dock or warehouse experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers using manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Sort and organize freight in the dock area according to destination or shipment priority
• Inspect freight for damage, verify labeling and documentation and report any discrepancies
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and safe dock environment
• Ensure proper handling and securement of freight to prevent damage during transit
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of shipments
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures during operations
