About The Position

The incumbent reviews patient account open balances, assigns or reviews ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for outpatient medical records, and resubmits claims for incorrect denials. Integrated Home Care Services provides in-home Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory, Home Health, and Home Infusion services through a network of Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and accredited providers. The organization emphasizes compassionate, coordinated care and exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use computer programs and applications, including EMR/EHR systems.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of healthcare billing and coding support experience within Home Care Services preferred.
• Medical Biller/Coder certification highly desired.
