DMC Support Lead
About The Position
Durango Mountain Club is an exclusive, members-only restaurant and club seeking a DMC Support Lead to help provide the premier experience expected by its members. The role acts as a manager and go-to person for staff, members, and guests, helping anticipate needs and keep service running smoothly. This is a seasonal position at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado, anticipated to run from November 7, 2026, through April 1, 2027. Dates may change based on applicant availability and business needs. The position includes a free season pass for the employee and their dependents. Hiring is rolling, and the position remains open until filled.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Act as a manager and go-to person for DMC staff, members, and guests by anticipating needs and lending assistance.
- Greet arriving guests, make them feel welcome, seat them, and ensure they have what they need.
- Assist bartenders and servers during service.
- Clear and sanitize tables promptly as patrons leave.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
