About The Position

Ambition is sacred to us, and we've built a product that takes that seriously. We're seeking an experienced DIY coach to work with clients looking to take on home and craft projects with confidence. This role includes general exploration to help clients identify projects that fit their interests and skill level, as well as project planning and budgeting to set them up for success. Coaches also teach tool and equipment use, home repair and improvement, woodworking, and crafting techniques, while emphasizing safety practices throughout every project. Ideal candidates have extensive hands-on DIY, woodworking, or home improvement experience, prior coaching or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients build practical skills step by step. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
