Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content that is engaging, visually appealing, and tailored to resonate with our target audience, ensuring each piece effectively communicates the intended message and drives viewer interest.
• Present products or concepts in a natural, authentic way that connects with viewers on a personal level, highlighting key features and benefits while maintaining an approachable and relatable tone throughout the presentation.
• Follow creative briefs meticulously while injecting your own unique personality and style into the content, striking a balance between meeting project guidelines and showcasing your individual creativity to enhance the overall impact.
• Record high-quality content from your own setup, as this is a remote role, ensuring your equipment and environment meet the standards necessary to produce professional and polished videos independently.
• Collaborate closely with the team on concept development and revisions when needed, actively participating in brainstorming sessions, providing constructive feedback, and making necessary adjustments to enhance the final output.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of DIY and craft content trends across social media, including popular platforms, evolving algorithms, and audience preferences.
• Create engaging, relatable storytelling that connects with the target audience on a personal level, evoking emotion and encouraging interaction.
• Maintain good communication and responsiveness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, ensuring that feedback is seamlessly incorporated and delivered promptly.
