•$150,000 - $185,000•Onsite

About The Position

Envita is hiring a full-time, on-site Division Director of Patient Enrollment based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with enterprise travel as required. The role leads the design, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement of Envita’s enterprise patient enrollment operating system across its care pathways. It establishes consistent funnel stages, communication standards, care-path education, handoffs, and performance reporting, working with operating leaders and other partners through a matrix structure. The position reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Growth & Sales. The director oversees the patient journey from inquiry through education, care-path navigation, enrollment, and related follow-through. The role develops shared enrollment standards, CRM workflows, scorecards, forecasts, quality reviews, and manager coaching and calibration practices. It partners with clinical and physician leaders, Compliance, Finance, operating leaders, and enrollment managers to improve enrollment outcomes while preserving physician authority over clinical decisions and patients’ ability to make informed choices. Success includes establishing an enterprise enrollment framework, reliable scorecard and forecasting practices, consistent routing and education processes, and a regular coaching and quality-review cadence. The director is expected to improve enrollment conversion and forecast reliability against baselines and leadership-approved targets, while fostering transparent, respectful, patient-centered communication without pressure tactics or promises of clinical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Senior experience leading or governing multi-stage patient enrollment, complex healthcare services, or comparable consultative customer journeys at meaningful scale.
  • Demonstrated achievement improving conversion and forecast accuracy using CRM data, measurement standards, and repeatable operating processes.
  • A record of leading across matrix teams and gaining adoption through partnership and coaching rather than relying solely on formal authority.
  • Strong understanding of ethical patient education, accurate disclosures, escalation pathways, and appropriate separation of clinical and enrollment decisions.
  • Ability to partner comfortably with clinical leaders, Finance, operations, Compliance, and enterprise executives.
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion, integrity, accountability, respectful partnership, humility, and willingness to address issues early.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a consistent enterprise enrollment process, from first inquiry through informed enrollment and relevant follow-through.
  • Create and improve patient conversation standards, CRM workflows, reporting definitions, team handoffs, and quality reviews.
  • Develop measurable enrollment goals, forecasts, performance reviews, and continuous-improvement plans with operating leaders.
  • Coach enrollment leaders and facilitate performance calibration across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with physician, clinical, Compliance, Finance, and operating stakeholders to protect patient interests and maintain clear decision boundaries.
  • Model respectful, educational patient conversations without pressure tactics, exaggerated claims, or promises of clinical outcomes.
  • Establish and activate enterprise enrollment standards, funnel definitions, CRM stage taxonomy, scorecards, forecast processes, and manager collaboration cadence.
  • Introduce monthly enterprise scorecards and forecast reviews, explain material variances, and review results with enterprise leadership and Finance.
  • Establish patient-routing criteria and processes for additional enrollment education or financial coordination when a physician-recommended care pathway materially changes.
  • Activate monthly coaching, quality-review, and scorecard discussions with enrollment leaders and track agreed improvement actions.
  • Establish cross-manager calibration and develop manager-learning resources with appropriate support teams.
  • Document and review education and financial coordination during material changes in an active patient care journey, aligned with physician-directed recommendations and approved protocols.
  • Use root-cause analysis and recovery plans to improve enrollment close rates, subsequent enrollment conversion, forecast accuracy, and care-path assignment quality.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and support informed patient decisions through accurate disclosures, appropriate escalation, and ethical communication.
