About The Position

The District Staffing Lead builds strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates and students throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle, helping ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support clients. The role also supports associates’ continuing education and training requirements and helps plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter willing to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology, such as Microsoft Office and Teams.
• High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or higher.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with the iCIMS applicant tracking system.
• Two years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date.
• Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates.
• Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements.
• Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
