District Staffing Lead
About The Position
The District Staffing Lead builds strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates and students throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle. The role helps ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support clients. Responsibilities include recruiting Tax Associate candidates and maintaining their engagement from application through start date, coordinating and assisting with interviews, supporting associates with continuing education and training requirements, and planning and preparing for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Self-starter willing to learn new skills and work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and virtually.
- Experience with computer systems and technology, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
- High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or higher.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with the iCIMS applicant tracking system.
- Two years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
