This role is a remote position based out of the employee's home office, requiring travel within the assigned territory of Ontario. The primary responsibility is to sell and promote Gates Fluid Power and Power Transmission product lines. The role involves meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and achieving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Success will be achieved through a consultative selling approach, leveraging technical expertise, and developing strong relationships with distributors and end-users. The District Sales Manager will research customer needs, understand their applications, and apply Gates technologies to improve their cost of ownership and productivity. Collaboration with various business functions within Gates is also a key aspect of this role.
