About The Position

Pick Your Part is a leading automotive recycling company with locations throughout the United States. We specialize in providing high-quality used auto parts at affordable prices. Our mission is to make car ownership more affordable and sustainable for all. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee our operations in Southern California. The District Manager will be responsible for managing multiple Pick Your Part locations in the region, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position based in Anaheim, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or operations management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and control processes
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
  • Willingness to travel to different locations within the district as needed
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of multiple Pick Your Part locations in Southern California
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of each location
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of plant managers and staff
  • Conduct regular location visits to ensure standards are being met and provide support and guidance to store managers
  • Work closely with the corporate office to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the district
  • Implement and maintain inventory control processes and procedures
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees
