Requirements

  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Detail oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone).
  • Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice.
  • Multi-task oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Customer focused with a can-do approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Working Knowledge of email, spreadsheets, smartphone and relevant software applications.
  • Clean DMV report & License.
  • Strong unwavering ability to use technology.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish working relationships with Clients.
  • Perform required location inspections and touchbases (minimum of 1x inspection and 2 touchbases per quarter).
  • Report and resolve Inspection deficiencies urgently within 24 hours.
  • Screen, Hire, Onboard, and Terminate staff.
  • Train Custodial Technicians supporting Area Supervisors & Assistants.
  • Oversee New Account setup.
  • Assist in training staff with Clocking In/Out as needed.
  • Monitor employee time and attendance.
  • Manage daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct weekly payroll.
  • Report accidents/injuries.
  • Address and resolve any employee performance issues.
  • Notify HR/Payroll and Operations of ALL staffing changes.
  • Be on-call for Emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends.
  • Create Supply Orders as needed.
  • Submit service requests to the office.
  • Update account spreadsheet as directed.
  • Be responsible for KPIs within the region.
  • Perform Performance Reviews for direct reports.
  • All other tasks as assigned by management.
