Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential drywall installation and finishing.
At least 5 years in a supervisory or team lead role within the construction or drywall industry.
Proven skills in crew management, scheduling, and problem-solving under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to give clear instructions and feedback.
Familiarity with drywall systems, installation techniques, taping/finishing processes, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and coach drywall crews to maintain high productivity and top-quality standards.
Coordinate and assign daily work tasks, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Must be willing and able to travel to local and remote project sites as needed.
Monitor material inventory, usage, and reorder needs to ensure efficiency and job readiness.
Ensure proper handling and safe disposal of materials in accordance with company and environmental regulations.
Regularly inspect work to ensure it meets Dry PaT's craftsmanship standards.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition for safety and efficiency.
Enforce job site safety protocols and actively promote a culture of safety at all times.
