About The Position
This role is responsible for driving sourcing, recruiting, selection, and onboarding to ensure fully staffed stores with friendly associates. The specialist will interview candidates, make hiring decisions, and partner with stakeholders to create and implement succession planning strategies. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, daily maintenance, release of information, storage, and confidentiality of all associate data.
