About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Director of Fiscal Services, this position performs various accounting functions including, but not limited to, payroll, accounts payables, inventory/fixed assets, preparing for internal audits, collective bargaining, training staff on procedures and deadlines, school attendance reporting, and other financial transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Resume
• 2-3 recent letters of recommendation
• Certifications held

Responsibilities

• Performs various accounting functions including payroll, accounts payables, inventory/fixed assets.
• Prepares for internal audits.
• Assists with collective bargaining.
• Trains staff on procedures and deadlines.
• Handles school attendance reporting.
• Processes other financial transactions.
