Étoile Academy Charter School, an independent K–8 charter school in Houston, is seeking a driven, high-capacity, and results-oriented individual to serve as our Intervention and Testing Coordinator. Étoile Academy is founded on the belief that all students can learn and achieve at high levels when held to the highest expectations, regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, zip code, or home language. We will ensure that every student in grades K through 8 has the academic and character foundation necessary to succeed in high school, graduate from college, and pursue ambitious life goals. The District Coordinator of Testing, RTI/MTSS, and Intervention is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and oversight of district-wide assessment systems, RTI/MTSS processes, and intervention programming across Etoile Academy. This role leads all state- and federal-mandated assessments, as well as programmatic testing assigned by the district, and ensures all testing is administered with fidelity, security, and compliance. The coordinator also leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of intervention systems and coaches teachers to deliver intervention programming effectively. Through strong collaboration with campus and district leaders, this role ensures students receive the academic and behavioral support needed to close gaps and accelerate achievement.
