About The Position

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is a vertically integrated private equity real estate firm specializing in self-storage and other alternative real estate asset classes. The District Manager acts as the business owner for an assigned region, leading and growing its portfolio of stores. The role owns the growth and profitability of district operations while providing leadership, vision, and direction for the company within its market.

The position develops and implements plans to achieve sales goals and optimize portfolio net operating income (NOI), drives operational performance, develops teams, and identifies opportunities to improve business performance. The role also oversees sales, cost management, employee management, safety, policy compliance, performance management, and timely handling of escalations and approvals.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least five years of multi-unit retail sales or service operations leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated experience building ownership and accountability in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and handle numerous interruptions.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead 20–35 or more employees.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft products.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to perform some physical requirements of the job, including lifting 50 pounds.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within the district and to other designated locations as directed by the company.

• Manage escalations and approvals in a timely and thorough manner.
