About The Position

SerKy Consulting is hiring dependable warehouse and distribution associates for upcoming assignments with distribution centers and manufacturers across Metro Atlanta. Many assignments may lead to full-time hire. Applicants join SerKy’s talent pool and may be matched with openings as they become available.

Associates pick, pack, and ship orders; receive and check incoming freight; prepare outbound shipments; organize inventory; and help meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. The role involves physical work, including repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and reaching for a full shift.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for a full shift.
• Comfort using RF scanners and performing basic math.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using RF scanners or pick tickets.
• Receive, unload, and check incoming freight against paperwork.
• Label, stage, and load outbound shipments.
• Stock, rotate, and organize inventory; assist with cycle counts.
• Operate pallet jacks and, if certified, forklifts or reach trucks.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean.
