About The Position

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of product according to company policy and customer requirements, and for managing drivers within a specific territory. The role works to ensure planned volume, customer expectations, and internal policies are met while coordinating with other business partners to support efficient operations.

The schedule begins at 3:30 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday. The supervisor may fill in as a driver as needed, depending on sales center size, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL A required.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations required.
• At least 4 years of experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising delivery staff in a distribution-related industry required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments and functions.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving record must be within MVR policy guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage human capital efficiently to ensure proper delivery according to planned volume, customer expectations, and internal policies.
• Train, develop, and evaluate drivers to support efficient product delivery and merchandising.
• Communicate daily with the delivery team to create visibility and foster a culture of trust and productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and other partners to support efficient business operations.
• Fill in as a driver as needed, depending on sales center size.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
