About The Position

The Distribution Mobility Planner supports INDOPACOM at Camp Smith, Hawaii, by planning, coordinating, and executing complex distribution and transportation operations. The role synchronizes movement of personnel, equipment, materials, and other critical assets across distribution networks to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery. The planner works with internal teams, carriers, field operations, and external stakeholders to develop executable movement plans, resolve constraints, and maintain visibility throughout the distribution lifecycle. The position supports deployment, redeployment, sustainment, and retrograde operations; assesses transportation options and capacity; adapts plans to changing operational requirements and network disruptions; and provides reporting and planning updates to leadership and operational stakeholders. It may also support emergency response, surge operations, network recovery, and other high-tempo logistics initiatives.
