About The Position

The Distribution Channel Account Manager (DCAM) drives revenue growth across ProdataKey’s distribution network by increasing branch engagement, strengthening product knowledge, and helping turn dealer opportunities into sales. The role is the primary day-to-day contact for distributor support and works with sales representatives and marketing to equip branches to respond effectively and promote PDK. The DCAM improves revenue per distributor branch through engagement, training, responsiveness, and pipeline conversion. As the operational and enablement lead for the distribution channel, the DCAM provides consistent branch engagement, distributor support, and sales enablement so partners have the knowledge, resources, and support to generate dealer opportunities and drive growth. Success is measured by revenue growth per branch, distributor engagement, dealer leads generated and converted, training completion, timely partner support, and consistent inventory availability. The role also manages day-to-day channel operations, allowing channel leadership to focus on strategic partnerships, corporate relationships, channel expansion, and high-value opportunities.
