About The Position

The Distribution Center Supervisor oversees critical warehouse operations and leads multiple teams to ensure orders move safely, accurately, and efficiently through the distribution network. The role leads daily activities across receiving and inbound operations, order processing and case picking, shipping and loading, returns processing, inventory replenishment, and general warehouse operations. The supervisor supports customer satisfaction and operational results while developing warehouse associates and improving processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
• Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving and inbound operations, order processing and case pick, shipping and loading, returns processing, inventory replenishment, and general warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
• Monitor productivity and balance workloads to meet operational goals.
• Create a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment.
• Provide training, tools, and resources to help associates succeed.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and resolve escalated issues.
• Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain operational reports and performance documentation.
