About The Position

As a Distribution Center Lead for Tireco Distributors, you will oversee the distribution center and work closely with management, customers, and team members. You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, lead team members in daily assignments, and audit completed assignments to ensure accuracy. You will coach and train team members as needed to ensure processes, procedures, and safety regulations are followed. The role also involves operating equipment such as a forklift to pull orders, replenish stock, load containers, and perform other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
At least 2 years of forklift experience.
Valid standard driver's license; some states may require a Class D license. No CDL is required.
Meet DOT compliance requirements, pass a drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years old, and be eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
Ability to be insured under the company driving policy.
Leadership and communication skills.
