About The Position
The Distribution Associate performs merchandise handling and routine inventory tasks in an on-site physical work environment. The role involves sorting, storing, picking, packing, and staging merchandise, along with completing routine scans or inventory updates. The associate maintains productivity and safety standards and coordinates with team leads and other distribution associates. The position is suited to an entry-level candidate who is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, communicates clearly, pays attention to accuracy and safety, and is willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
