About The Position

The Distribution Associate supports the efficient and accurate handling of products throughout the supply chain. The role manages the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to meet customer needs and maintain inventory accuracy, working with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and inventory management systems to optimize workflows and reduce errors. The associate helps maintain a safe, organized workplace and follows company policies and regulatory standards. This role supports the movement of products from suppliers to customers and contributes to operational success and customer satisfaction.

The position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery with valid certification.
• Experience with barcode scanning technology and warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and logistics partners.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support retrieval and inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and data entry into inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule and track outbound shipments.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent accidents and product damage.
• Help identify process improvements that enhance distribution efficiency and reduce errors.
