About The Position

At STIIIZY, the Distribution Associate fulfills orders and arranges outgoing packed orders for delivery. The role involves interpreting sales orders, selecting the correct products, performing quality control assessments, and safely stacking items in appropriate packaging. The position works under direct supervision and handles basic issues, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff. Cross-training in other department roles may be offered based on organizational needs. The role is on-site and available Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday work as needed. The position starts at $17.00 per hour and requires the associate to be over 21 years of age.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Strong reading and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, diligent, and punctual, with readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for on-site operations work Monday through Friday and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willing and able to undergo cross-training in various department roles.
• Able to lift, push, pull, move, or carry 50 pounds, including to a minimum height of 5 feet and for a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time and stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool, and access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow company picking and packing procedures.
• Efficiently pull products according to daily orders and ensure order-picking and counting accuracy.
• Meet order specifications set by supervisors promptly and report discrepancies or needed adjustments.
• Handle inventory carefully and attentively.
• Follow good manufacturing practices and required workplace safety practices.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet wrappers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned in support of business objectives.
• Participate in cross-training in other department roles as required.
