Distribution Administrator - Logistics (Finney County DC)
About The Position
The responsibilities for this position include generating reports; accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance for moving product between Freezers and Plants; maintaining files; coordinating and interfacing with team members by telephone email or fax. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities organizing work selecting appropriate methods to complete assigned tasks evaluating results and coordinating with others; additional responsibilities as assigned. The position requires a great deal of attention to detail and information tracking. The work environment is very professional and fast paced.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous business office experience preferred
- Basic computer skills with a preference for the Tyson Business Computer Systems
- Understanding of the system features and how to use these features
- Proficiency with the Product Availability (PA) and Order Processing (ORP) Systems both with windows and mainframe components
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A clear concise professional and customer-focused communication style
- Proficient with data entry
- Resume required to be considered for this role
