This position is responsible for the day-to-day clerical responsibilities of a Tyson-owned Distribution Center Inventory department. Some of the specific duties include but are not limited to: Answering all questions and issues for all inbound and outbound loads. Overseeing freezer audits and directing the day-to-day tasks of the shift researchers. Handling outbound and inbound in-transit issues. Preparing daily and weekly reports for the Inventory Manager. Backing up weekly WMS reports. Reconciling lost inventory, daily tracking of export product that has arrived, as well as tracking and communicating on products in-transit. Tracking and reporting all freezer service charges for prepared exports that include stamping, export certificates, and pallets. Coordinating pallets used for deliveries that require both Heat Treated and Chep pallets and managing on-hand supply. Coordinating with sales and production plants on all inbound products, hold status for shipping, and release to ship. Communicating with USDA on inspection needs, preparing export certificates, and inspecting product with USDA inspector for compliance. Tracking supplies for stamps, stickers, etc. for daily use. Monitoring daily product movement through SAP. Relaying export info to designated lift operators. Generating letters, spreadsheets, and creating queries.
