The Disputes Programs & Engagement Coordinator will manage and coordinate employee engagement, program support, and key business initiatives across the Disputes organization. This role supports leaders and their respective teams by managing, coordinating, and executing a variety of business-related activities, including employee engagement initiatives, compliance support, advisory group activities, special projects, and business unit communications. The incumbent will support leaders with confidential and complex responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner. Being effective in this role requires the ability to build strong, trusting partnerships across leadership and employee levels, manage multiple projects requiring independent judgment, and influence outcomes without direct authority. This position requires a hands-on, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
