About The Position

We are looking for a Full Time or Part Time Dispatcher for our 495 Garage Door company. This role involves understanding company products and services, adhering to policies, utilizing software, and meeting customer service metrics. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and following up on estimates. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs is also part of the role. Requirements

• 2 year office clerk, Call Center, Customer Service and Sales experience.
• Active listening, verbal and written (Strong typing skills) communication skills.
• Professional phone voice and exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with computers, especially with dispatching software.
• Organizational Skills and ability prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of geography for the DMV area and the ability to read a map.

• Ability to multitask building technicians routes and schedule.
