About The Position

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking a Dispatcher for their Plumbing department. This role is crucial for ensuring customers' homes are serviced promptly by acting as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, and the business operations team. Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Nice To Haves

• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests by efficiently scheduling and dispatching service calls to field technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents using Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
