About The Position

At CTS, a New Charter Company, we are seeking a part-time Dispatcher in Sparta, IL to coordinate service requests and ensure timely technician dispatch and ticket resolution. This is an onsite role based in Sparta, IL, with a maximum of 29 hours per week. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal technicians using ticketing systems to manage service requests, prioritize and assign tickets, and oversee scheduling and dispatch operations while maintaining high service standards. To be successful, you will effectively manage incoming service requests, maintain accurate ticket records, and ensure all work is properly assigned and tracked through completion. You will also demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail while supporting billing readiness and contract compliance.

Requirements

• Typing and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
