About The Position

GUARANTEED SERVICE is a full home service company proudly serving residential customers throughout New Jersey and Staten Island. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Dispatcher to join their dynamic team. The Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled and dispatched for service appointments. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position that requires excellent organization, strong communication skills, and experience using ServiceTitan software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Efficiently schedule, dispatch, and adjust appointments based on technician availability, skill set, and geographic location
Monitor and optimize technician schedules throughout the day to maximize productivity
Make proactive early morning and late-day calls to confirm and fill time slots
Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Prepare and manage monthly technician schedules within our scheduling software
Respond to changing priorities in real time while maintaining a high level of service
Ensure jobs are closeds out correctly and money is collected
