Requirements
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 35-45 WPM
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
Nice To Haves
- Trades experience Preferred but not required
- Efficiently scheduling technicians on jobs
- Assisting technicians dispatch to their jobs
- Scheduling customers for services that have been quoted
- Rescheduling non-emergency appointments when emergency appointments arise
Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service.
- Receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
- Schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize field technicians' time and mileage.
- Forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track.
- Schedule permits and inspections.
- Inform clients of arrival times and ensure they are notified ahead of time about any delays.
- Reschedule appointments as necessary.
