  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is helpful, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.

  • Ability to work in a high-volume office setting with frequent communication across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and communications, always going the extra mile to ensure every customer’s needs are met with urgency and care.
  • Juggle multiple orders, schedules, and priorities—coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to guarantee timely and accurate concrete deliveries.
  • Set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the Central Dispatch team.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Manage customer inquiries, address delivery or quality issues, and turn problems into opportunities to exceed expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Uphold all safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for everyone.
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to strategic planning and process enhancements.
