Requirements

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer.
• Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
• Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting, sharing insights to enhance plant efficiency and profitability.
