About The Position

The Batch Plant Operator is responsible for the production and delivery of quality concrete that meets all required specifications. This role involves daily plant maintenance and ongoing predictive and preventative maintenance. The operator will maintain regular communication with the dispatch office to provide excellent service to customers and assist with customer issues in conjunction with Sales and Dispatch. Key responsibilities also include ordering materials daily, maintaining proper inventory levels at the plant, and collecting and sending driver paperwork daily.

Requirements

• High aptitude for electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work long hours and varying schedule.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

• High School Graduate/GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in RMC production or quality control preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
