About The Position

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, providing support and directing inquiries appropriately. Learn and support daily dispatch operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete. Communicate schedules and changes clearly with drivers, plant operations, and customers. Assist with entering, tracking, and updating orders using dispatch and production systems. Monitor job progress and support adjustments to schedules as needed. Support a strong safety culture by promoting compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills, especially in a high-volume phone environment
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable learning new systems related to scheduling and dispatch
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make timely, informed decisions
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on supporting operations and customers
