About The Position

Won-Door Corporation is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to serve as the communication hub between our customers and service/installation team. In this role, you will coordinate service calls and installation schedules, manage daily technician dispatching, provide proactive customer support, track job progress through completion, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can successfully balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with dispatching software and scheduling tools is preferred.
• Previous dispatching experience is preferred.
• Background in a customer service-oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Have regular follow-ups with customers to ensure deadlines for installations and services are met.
• Support in the close out of completed jobs and input of technician times.
• Schedule installations on a live calendar based on technician's territory and availability.
• Coordinate weekly service schedules and adjust as necessary to ensure timely service delivery.
• Communicate with individual technicians daily to manage and optimize schedules.
• Stay up to date on technicians’ time off to ensure coverage of area.
• Ensure timely follow-up on job completions to verify quality and address any outstanding issues.
